CNC Turning:
The facility is equipped with a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) turning machine. CNC turning is a machining process where a cutting tool is used to remove material from a rotating workpiece to create the desired shape.
1000 x 400mm machining capabilities: The manufacturing facility has a CNC milling machine with a maximum machining capacity of 1000 x 400mm. CNC milling is a process that uses rotating cutting tools to remove material from a workpiece to create complex shapes and features.
In addition to CNC milling, the facility also has conventional milling machines. Conventional milling involves manually controlling the movement of the cutting tool to remove material and create the desired shape.
The facility offers Tig (Tungsten Inert Gas) and Mig (Metal Inert Gas) welding services for aluminium and stainless steel materials. Both Tig and Mig welding are commonly used processes for joining metal components together.
The facility is capable of manufacturing and repairing hydraulic rams of various sizes. Hydraulic rams are devices used in hydraulic systems to convert hydraulic pressure into linear motion.
The premises are equipped for light fabrication, which involves the construction or assembly of smaller-scale metal structures or components.
The facility provides a full welding certification, indicating that the welding processes and procedures employed meet the required industry standards.
The facility has the necessary equipment and capabilities for degreasing and passivating metal surfaces. Degreasing involves removing oil, grease, or other contaminants from the surface, while passivation helps to enhance the corrosion resistance of the metal. Additionally, electro-polishing facilities are available, which is an electrochemical process used to polish and smooth metal surfaces.
The premises have the capability to measure the surface roughness of materials using Ra reading. Ra is a parameter used to quantify the roughness of a surface, providing valuable information about its texture and quality.
The facility offers etching services on material surfaces. Etching involves selectively removing material from the surface using chemical processes, allowing for the creation of precise patterns or markings.
